EASY RETURNS

As you shop our site, we want you to feel confident that you have up to 14 days to return an unused or unworn item, in its original condition, with original tags attached. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, defective item, etc.). Refunds will be given in the method of payment for the merchandise within 7 days of receipt of the returned package.

All items must be returned in NEW condition.  This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains in order to be eligible for a refund.  Any items made from selenite or Himalayan salt are non-returnable.  Clearance or Final Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We accept returns, however, our system is not set up to provide exchanges . Please place a new, separate order if you would like to order a different style or size as our quantities are limited and we cannot guarantee that the product you are interested in will be available by the time we receive your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and initial shipping charges you paid will not be returned. You may ship the return package to us via desired shipping carrier. Make sure to keep your tracking information as we are not responsible for packages we do not receive. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Your refund will be processed according to your original payment method and typically takes up to five business days. We know your loyalty is earned by providing you with a remarkable experience, even when what you ordered wasn’t a perfect fit for you.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. List the item(s) being returned on the back of your packing slip along with the reason for the return and include in your box.
2. Repack the product in its original packaging materials if possible.

WHAT IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item within 3 business days of receipt to info@burbochic.com   A customer service representative will assist further. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure a replacement item be sent out.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In order to receive a full refund on the order you placed, email us at info@burbochic.com within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel before shipping.
